RAMEN BY ARCADEMY
WARNING!
Do NOT read this post if you are hungry.
There is nothing better than a big bowl of ramen after a long day. But how about making some?
Arcademy designers are already experts on architecture and gin. Can Japanese cuisine be added to the list? We decided to give it a try and asked some assistance from the lovely Reiko Hashimoto who is running ramen and gyoza cooking classes for the beginners like us. We have learnt that there is a huge NO NO to mix Japanese and Korean food brands while cooking ramen and that to make a high quality ramen it might take up to two days to make a high quality ramen!
We are sharing some moments from the class. Let's just say, we came to the conclusion that eating ramen is WAY easier than cooking. Nevertheless, we had a lot of fun and agreed that Reiko's ramen were the best we have ever had.
